These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Grandppa website located at grandppa.in ("Site") and any purchases made through it. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
By browsing our Site, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full. We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases on this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
About Our Store
Grandppa is an online retail store operating under Indian law, specialising in car care accessories and home décor products. We sell directly to consumers across India via our Shopify-powered storefront at grandppa.in.
Our registered business operates from India. For billing and legal correspondence, Grandppa is the contracting entity for all purchases made on this Site.
Dropshipping & Third-Party Vendors
Grandppa operates a dropshipping model for a portion of its product catalogue. This means that certain products are sourced from and fulfilled by third-party vendors or suppliers directly. When you place an order for a dropshipped product, the item is shipped from the vendor's facility — not from a Grandppa warehouse.
Orders containing products from multiple vendors may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment. There is no additional shipping charge for split deliveries.
Vendor responsibilities: While Grandppa curates and approves all vendors on our platform, individual vendors are responsible for packing, quality control, and dispatching their respective products. Grandppa acts as the merchant of record — meaning your purchase contract is with Grandppa, and we remain your point of contact for all order queries, returns, and disputes.

Vendor branding: Some products may arrive in third-party branded packaging. This does not affect your warranty, return rights, or any other consumer protections — Grandppa remains fully responsible for your purchase experience.
Grandppa does not permit vendors to contact customers directly regarding disputes. All communication must go through Grandppa support. If you are ever contacted by a vendor directly about a return or complaint, please notify us immediately at support@grandppa.in.
Products & Pricing
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, due to the nature of dropshipping, product images, colours, and specifications are provided by our vendors and may vary slightly from the actual item received.
All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
We reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing errors at any time before order fulfilment
- Discontinue any product without notice
- Limit quantities available for purchase
- Refuse any order that we believe to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms
Promotional prices and discount codes are valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order on Grandppa, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive an Order Confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, in which case a full refund will be issued.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Net Banking
- Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on select pin codes
- Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) — via partner providers where available
All transactions are processed securely. Grandppa does not store your full card details. Payment processing is handled by our payment gateway partners who are PCI-DSS compliant.
COD orders require payment at the time of delivery. If payment is refused at delivery, the order will be returned and a re-stocking fee may apply. Repeated COD refusals may result in COD being disabled for your account.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer pan-India delivery to most serviceable pin codes. Delivery timelines vary depending on the product category, vendor location, and your delivery address.
- Standard delivery: 4–7 business days
- Express delivery: 1–3 business days (where available)
- Remote areas: 7–12 business days
As Grandppa operates a dropshipping model, orders containing items from multiple vendors will be shipped separately. You will receive individual tracking links for each package via email and SMS.
Grandppa is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. If a package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the vendor and courier.
Failed deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery. After two failed attempts, the package may be returned to the vendor. In such cases, re-shipping fees will apply.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include:
- Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Fragrance or hygiene products once opened
- Customised or personalised products
For products fulfilled by third-party vendors, the return must still be initiated through Grandppa — not directly with the vendor. Once we approve the return, you will receive instructions on where to ship the item. Do not return items directly to the vendor address on the package — returns sent directly to vendors without authorisation will not be processed.
Refund timeline: Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI and bank transfers may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grandppa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or any products purchased through it.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
Grandppa does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not liable for any loss of data or damage to your device resulting from use of the Site.
While Grandppa vets all vendor partners, we do not independently verify every product claim or specification made by vendors. Product descriptions, dimensions, and compatibility information are provided by vendors and should be verified by you before purchase. Grandppa is not liable for vendor misrepresentation, though we will assist in resolving any such disputes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Grandppa website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and design elements — is the property of Grandppa or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without express written permission from Grandppa.
Product images and descriptions provided by third-party vendors remain the intellectual property of those vendors and are used by Grandppa under licence.
Privacy & Data
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using this Site, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
When you place an order involving a third-party vendor, certain order details (name, delivery address, order contents) are shared with that vendor solely for the purpose of fulfilment. Vendors are contractually prohibited from using this data for any other purpose.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Consumer Protection Act 2019, Information Technology Act 2000, and other applicable Indian legislation.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
For consumer complaints, you may also approach the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
