All orders are processed within 5-6 business hours after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 6–10 business days
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 12–24 hours to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

grandppa is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at grandppaonline@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
