grandppa is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at grandppaonline@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
